Here's one to try together!
I challenge you to rescue every toy on the floor and get it home before the music stops.

Safety first
- Under 3s: pick up any small pieces yourself first. Anything that fits through a toilet paper tube is a choking size.
What you need
- Phone or speaker, to play the songs
- Paper and a pencil, to keep score (optional)
How to do it
Grown-up prep: Put on two or three songs the kids love. The tidy-up is over when the music stops.
- Look around. How many toys are on the floor? Ask: How many do you think we'll rescue?
- Pick your rescue songs. Ready, set...
- Go! Start the music and put every toy back where it lives.
- Grab the big toys first, then the little ones.
- Want a bonus? Sort them by color as you put them away. Ask: Which color had the most toys?
- When the song changes, stop and dance for ten seconds!
- When the music stops, freeze! Did you get them all?
- Count the toys you saved. Next time, can you do it with one less song? Ask: Was your guess right?
Play it again
- Toy taxi: drive each toy home in a toy truck or a basket.
- Color rescue: rescue only red toys, then blue, then green.
- Mystery toy: a grown-up secretly picks one toy, and whoever puts it away gets a cheer.
